Launching May 24th are new + notable dishes, cocktails and wine! From fresh seafood, to healthy, hearty salads while also introducing weekend brunch to many more locations!
We’re not just satisfying your hunger, we’re quenching your thirst, with new wines selected by our Corporate Sommelier, David Stansfield. He hasn’t picked just any wine, we’re talking about Rosé! David’s loving Rosé because its combination of white wine crushability and red wine complexity makes it perfect for warm weather. In addition, our Beverage Director Cameron Bogue, alongside some bartenders with major cred from around the world, have collaborated and crafted some deliciously fun and flavourful new cocktails. We’re not your average “chain” restaurant. We’re unchaining the chain and in this quest, we’re working towards creating a collection of uniquely compelling restaurants. These differences are visible through the interior design at Earls Kitchen + Bar locations, unique, local craft beer selections and now, through a localized menu selection. Earls staples such as the Santa Fe Chicken Salad and Leroy’s Crispy Dry Ribs will remain available at all locations, but there are differences in the menu from location to location. The Earls Chef Collective has been very busy. The Chef Collective has taken inspiration from their travels around the globe and have been testing new ideas in our Vancouver Test Kitchen for this summer’s new menu.
Hawaiian Coconut Prawns
The perfect dish for summertime on the patio! Our coconut prawns come served with a summery mango-cucumber slaw, and a creamy aioli dip. Order this, and you'll feel as if you're on a beach in Hawaii.
Steak + Coconut Prawns
Is there anything better than coconut prawns? The answer to that is yes, there is Steak + Coconut Prawns. This pairing includes a marinated steak, with mango-cucumber slaw, spicy curry, spring onion all on a bed of jasmine rice.
West Coast Ahi Tuna Salad
A vibrant salad perfect for patio season. Beautifully crusted Ahi Tuna, seared to rare, sits on top of a bed of romaine along with cabbage, sunflower sprouts, cucumbers, radish coins, grape tomatoes, red and green onion, mango, and toasted almonds, lightly dressed with Soy-Ginger vinaigrette.
Quinoa + Avocado Powerbowl
You’ll be addicted to this hearty, healthy new addition. Dressed with Green Goddess dressing, the Quinoa + Avocado Powerbowl is a mix of greens accompanied with avocado, quinoa, sunflower sprouts, roasted squash, beets, chickpeas, and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and garlic rice crisps.
Salmon + Sushi
A winning combo, the Salmon + Sushi includes a perfectly roasted salmon filet served on top of a bed of our crisp vegetable slaw and accompanied by guest favourite Dynamite Roll.
Steak + Sushi
Previously available at many locations, the Steak + Sushi will be available at the remaining locations. A marinated steak surrounded by citrus soy sauce and served with a crunchy Dynamite Roll, this combination will blow your mind.
With Ahi Tuna and fresh avocado draped over this rainbow style inside out roll (nori on the inside and rice on the outside), the Dragon Roll features spicy dashi mayonnaise, tamago, cucumber, yams, chives and topped with scaled avocado (hence the name, “Dragon” roll), garlic rice crisps and tobiko. This roll is all about the umami! Also available but not listed on the menu at participating locations, is the vegan-friendly Green Dragon Roll, featuring yam, cucumber, mango, spicy sriracha, unagi sauce and topped with avocado and nori.
Ahi Tuna Tataki
A flavourful starter. Served ultra rare, the thinly sliced sesame crusted Ahi Tuna Tataki is topped with serrano peppers and garlic rice crisps and lays on top of a bed of fresh julienned vegetables tossed with a spicy yuzu vinaigrette.
Ahi Tuna Sashimi
A perfect starter to keep you cool this summer. Served rare, perfectly chilled Ahi Tuna Sashimi is enjoyed with a lemon on the side and citrus soy sauce to dip into.
Fried Chicken Sandwich
Buttermilk fried chicken with spicy banana peppers, coleslaw and pimento cheese spread on a house baked burger bun served with Yukon Gold French Fries.
Coconut Cream Pie
This wow-worthy dessert boasts layers of coconut custard and perfectly whipped Chantilly cream, topped with toasted coconut and almonds and freshly grated lime zest.
One of the many things to look forward to on the weekend. Earls brunch is available Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at most locations (check your local Earls for specifics).
Some of the notable items included in brunch are the Chorizo + Mushroom Hash packed with spicy chorizo and mushrooms, including two poached eggs, avocado and crisp potatoes served in buttery-smooth hollandaise. The Fried Egg Sandwich is not your average egg sandwich with dried cured bacon, cheddar cheese, a fried egg with savory caramelized onions and sriracha mayo to add a kick and served with our crispy brunch potatoes. The Filipino Breakfast Bowl is sunny side egg on top of garlic fried rice with corn, cabbage, bacon and crispy ginger beef. We’ve also got classics like Eggs Benedict and Blueberry French Toast.
Cocktails and weekend brunch go hand in hand. We recommend the Frozen Pink Lemonade Mimosa, a new Rosé or Cold Brew Coffee!
We mean it when we say we’re listening to your feedback. We heard from you, that it was time for a change to our Field Greens Salad. We’ve updated the salad to include our greens mix and have added cucumbers, grape tomatoes, toasted pumpkin seeds and feta cheese with a champagne shallot vinaigrette. Also based on feedback, we’ve updated our calamari at all locations. Crispy Calamari, with lightly breaded, deep fried baby calamari, now includes deep fried jalapenos, topped with red onion and served with our fan favourite Calamari Dip (a.k.a. Cali Dip) and spicy Sriracha mayonnaise. Pro Tip: Cali Dip is also good to dip your pizza in. Our seasonal vegetable changes with the weather and now, the Magic Green Beans are it at select locations. They’re the perfect balance between sweet, sour and salt. The seared beans are tossed in a smoky and salty vinaigrette and topped with an aioli and roasted cashews. Warning, they’re addictive.
Who doesn’t love selecting the level of heat they receive in their Hunan Kung Pao? Because of that customization, you can now select how mild or hot you’d like your Jeera Chicken Curry! Pro Tip: Even if you love heat, the Jeera is best enjoyed at its normal level of spice. Lastly, in the dessert section, the Gold Digger Sundae comes with chocolate and toffee sauces, roasted peanuts, chantilly cream and it, literally, now comes with a cherry on top!
