Cajun Feast!

Bringing back the old and introducing the new, our Cajun Feast is here for a limited time and we’re sharing some of Earls’ most popular dishes. Reintroducing classic items like the Cajun Blackened Salmon, while introducing new and exciting dishes such as Cajun Prawns with Garlic Bread, there is sure to be something for everyone!

Familiar with us or not, our longstanding history with Blackening spice goes way back -- we’re talking 1980’s back. Inspired from creole cooking, which had its beginnings primarily in Louisiana, has cultural culinary influences that are French, Spanish, West African and Italian among others. The flavours, especially when cooked at high heat, are unleashed and then brushed with confit butter -- oohhhweee, it’s a spicy kick you can’t resist. Not into spice? Ask for easy cajun blackening spice so you can give it a try!

Cajun Prawns and Garlic Bread
Plump, succulent, sauteed prawns, coated in signature our Cajun Blackening Spice and finished with confit garlic butter. Served with fresh, baked in house Garlic Bread for dipping.                 

Avocado Super Toast with Cajun Prawns*
Juicy sauteed cajun prawns on top a toasted baguette drizzled with olive oil, with avocado, a bed of radishes, tomatoes, and sriracha sauce. Garnished with toasted hemp seeds and a spritz of lime to balance the spice.

Cajun Blackened Sirloin
A tender sirloin, free of antibiotics and with no added hormones, cooked to specification and coated in our creole inspired cajun blackening spice. Served with warm, buttery garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Cajun Blackened Salmon
A juicy salmon filet perfectly coated and cooked in our cajun spice, served alongside a bed of Jasmine Rice topped with crispy onions and seasonal vegetables.

Cajun Chicken Entree
The ultimate comfort food, our spicy blackened chicken is served with Earls’ famous creamy coleslaw and our warm potato salad* that pairs the freshness of dill with a hint of savoury bacon. This is a dish that will order again and again!

Santa Fe Cajun Chicken Salad
Full of hearty ingredients, mixed with our house made peanut lime vinaigrette, this salad is the best combination of sweet, spicy and southern with just the right amount of zest and a hint of cilantro. Topped off with crispy tortilla shells this is a salad that won’t leave you unsatisfied.

Cajun Chicken Cheddar Sandwich
Everything you want in a sandwich and more. Grilled chicken breast tossed in our mouth watering cajun spice, served on our made fresh daily rustic ciabatta bun and complemented with fresh, crisp lettuce and plump vine-ripened tomatoes. Served with fries and undeniably tasty.
