The sun is shining, the weather is getting warmer, and our menus just got a summer-ready refresh.

With so many new drinks and dishes to dig into, we’re giving you the full scoop on all our latest + greatest additions. Keep reading to see what’s new on deck at your local Earls!

New Summer Cocktails


Coconut Matcha Sour


You know that feeling when you taste something so great, all you can do is close your eyes, sip, and savour? This refreshing and unique cocktail is all of that. A delicious passion fruit gin sour, made with matcha, coconut water, and fresh lime, topped off with kiwi sumac bitters and toasted coconut flakes.


Desert Heat Margarita


The newest addition to our margarita lineup, here to quench your thirst with a spicy kick of fresh jalapeño. Prickly pear, fresh lime juice, and good ol’ tequila come together in what might be the brightest Insta-worthy cocktail of the summer. Try one out next time you’re in for Margarita Monday!


Pineapple Ginger Sour


Everything you could want in a summer cocktail: sweet, sour, and ready to be sipped on a sun-drenched patio. This pineapple-ginger concoction is a tropical twist on the classic whiskey sour, made with fresh pineapple, lemon juice, spiced rum, and ginger liqueur. 

This perfect weekend cocktail is now available for $2 off on Fridays + Saturdays. 


New Mules!


Passionfruit Mule


Our latest round of Moscow Mules are here and we can’t wait for you to try our newest flavour: the Passionfruit Mule! Made ice-cold in our iconic copper mugs with citrus vodka, passionfruit, pineapple, and tiki spice with hints of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg.


Spirit-Free Pineapple Ginger Mule


Looking for something fresh and energizing, minus the liquor? We’ve got you covered for all those spirit-free occasions with our Pineapple Ginger Mule, made with passionfruit, fresh lime, cucumber, and star anise. 

Both new Mules are now featured on Mule Thursdays, all day every Thursday. 


New Summer Menu Items


Chipotle Calamari (GA)


It’s hot. It’s spicy. And it’s straight up delicious. This new take on our classic Calamari is gluten-aware and a patio must-have. Tender calamari, fried to perfection and served with our spicy, smoky chipotle mayo. 


Spicy Tuna Roll + Crispy Prawn Roll


Two new ways to sushi! Dig into that addictive crunch with our brand new Crispy Prawn Roll, or turn up the heat with our Spicy Tuna Roll. 


Thai Prawn + Scallop Curry Bowl


This bright dish packs a ton of flavour with every single bite. With fresh veggies and your choice of protein, this is our new go-to comfort food dish. Oyster mushrooms, crisp vegetables, and fresh herbs, all simmered in a delicious Thai-style curry and served over steamed Jasmine rice. 


Roasted Mushroom Sirloin


Sometimes the occasion calls for a real ‘treat yourself’ dinner - and that’s why we’re introducing our latest Signature Sirloin. Step up your steak game with a beautifully caramelized 8oz Sirloin or Filet, served with a side of glazed mixed mushrooms and confit garlic butter. 


Chocolate Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis 


Meet the newest addition to our dessert lineup: Decadent chocolate cheesecake, served with tart raspberry coulis and whipped Chantilly cream. Not a bad way to end your meal (or start it - we’re not judging).


New to the Brunch Menu

Three new omelettes, three new ways to brunch! All served with a side of our Field Greens Salad, and featured during Brunch Happy Hour from open - noon at most locations. 


Lobster + Prawn Omelette


Feeling fancy? Our newest brunch addition will do the trick. Loaded with tender lobster + prawns in confit garlic butter for those chic weekend brunches. 


Forager Omelette


Vegetarians, we couldn’t forget about you! This omelette is stuffed with oyster + button mushrooms sautéed in truffle butter, wilted spinach, and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese. 


Virginia Ham + Cheese Omelette


Once a classic, always a classic. A straight-up omelette, fluffy and cooked to perfection.
