From the frigid waters of Merasheen Bay, Newfoundland, our oysters are flown to our restaurants twice per week where they are prepared, shucked, and presented over crushed ice to ensure freshness; and made to order for each guest.

Off the rugged coast of Newfoundland, our oysters grow in the perfect environment nestled between rocks and kelp fields. The icy water helps keep predators away, and the speedy currents naturally wash away imperfections and soil to keep the oyster beds pure. These conditions create oysters boasting briny, sweet flavours with a fresh saline finish that makes us proud to be an exclusive buyer in quality delicious-ness. In 2023, we sold over 1.2 million oysters, making Earls one of the top sellers of oysters in Canada!

Our oysters are prepared by the dozen, or half the dozen, and served with a lemon wedge, fresh grated horseradish and a yuzu black pepper mignonette to compliment their taste.
